        | OFFICE FURNITURE INSTALLER 
 SUMMARY
 Integrated Services seeks Office Furniture Installers to receive, deliver and install office furniture including modular systems furniture and freestanding product.
 
 TO APPLY:
 1. Must have a valid California Drivers License.
 2. Must have your own dependable transportation to get to the various job sites.
 3. Provide a copy of your Motor Vehicle Report ("MVR") - this is provided by the DMV.
 4. Complete an Application for employment.
 
 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
 1.  Receive, deliver and install modular and freestanding office furniture as required.
 2.  Inspects and documents product for damage and condition prior to installation and/or delivery.
 3.  Loads and secures product on trucks as required.
 4.  Understands the scope of the entire project and/or any special conditions or requirements as explained by lead installation personnel.
 5.  Reviews installation plans with senior installation personnel as required.
 6.  With direction from lead or senior installation personnel, interfaces with clients and/or other contractors as required.
 7.  Conducts preliminary walk-through with lead installer prior to customer walk-through.
 8.  Provides own tools necessary to perform the job.
 9.  Takes direction as required from senior installation personnel; monitors own work to ensure quality performance and results consistent with company mandates.
 10.  Confers with lead installation personnel on product handling or installation issues.
 11.  Drives company vehicles to job sites.
 12.  Performs other duties, as assigned by senior installation and/or management personnel, as required.
 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 1.  Able to work efficiently and take direction from senior installation personnel and/or management.
 2.  Able to use power tools and demonstrate working knowledge of product handling, staging, and assembly of Haworth, Herman Miller, Steelcase and ancillary systems furniture product lines.
 3.  Dedicated, team oriented and motivated individual, committed to departmental mandates and goals.
 4.  Strong problem-solving skills.
 5.  Able to fluently speak, write and understand English.
 6.  Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance or equipment.
 7.  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and at least 2 - 3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
 
 SALARY OR WAGES:  Dependent upon experience.
